Keramo grown coffee used to be lumped into the overall Sidama coffee umbrella and blended out until it was finally  separated in 2015-16 because it was so damn interesting and unique on its own. This is a beautiful coffee that leads with big and complex floral notes like lavender, bergamot and honeysuckle. After the floral comes the fruit with tropical fruit, citrus and grape notes. The aroma is insane, when this first came out of the roaster it was like someone spilled a pallet of fruity pebbles on the floor.
